NHG Diagnostics on General X-ray Services
Our centres are fully equipped with digital technology and state of the art advance medical equipment. The Computerized Radiography (CR) system allows x-ray images to be captured digitally, together with a complete central Picture Archive and Communication system (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS), the clinician will be able to view patients' images online via the computer monitor. This will negate the need to print films as well as the need for patients to carry large stack of films from one point to another.

The use of digital technology has also enabled the use of tele-radiology whereby the images are sent immediately to the reporting radiologists. The interpreted reports are available within 1 hour.
